Who We Are
A Practice of Devotion
Aeva takes its name from the Latin aevum. It is the idea we build around. That a home should not follow its moment, but quietly belong to the ages.
Ours is a practice measured in devotion rather than number. Only a few residences take shape each year. Each given our whole attention; from the parcel of land, to the architecture we settle upon, to the way the morning light is meant to move across a room.
Set across generous parcels of land in Goa, our residences are designed to breathe. Here, nature is not a view framed by a window; it is drawn through the house itself: in courtyards and water bodies, in the unhurried passage between inside and out. This is Goa as it was always meant to be lived: open, quiet, and entirely one's own.
What We Do
A Considered Way of Building
Singular Residences
Each conceived as a distinct work of architecture. There is no repetition here, and no template. Only design that belongs wholly to its land.
Rooted in Nature
Every home begins with the principles of biophilia. Light and air shape the plan; courtyards and waterbodies invite the landscape into every room.
Built to Age
Natural stone, wood, and a palette chosen for the way they age and deepen with time. Every finish selected for its permanence, never its novelty.
Room to Breathe
Mansion-style residences set upon expansive land, shaped for privacy, openness, and a genuine retreat from the pace of the world beyond.

Behind Aeva
A Matter of Time
Kathya De Braganca was raised in a family of developers, but came to building by a route of her own. She studied law & entrepreneurship at Columbia University, and practised for close to a decade before turning to construction. An unhurried path that left a mark on how she works: an eye for detail, and the patience to wait until each decision is right.
After years shaping the luxury residential division at Riviera Constructions (where she continues on as a director), Kathya founded Aeva. It is the most personal of her pursuits. She keeps Aeva deliberately intimate: a rare few residences, shaped slowly, every design decision her own. It is less a company than a philosophy: that a home made with complete attention becomes something that quietly lasts.
